Senior Financial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Developing the organization's financial reporting system.

• Crafting and executing budgeting and financial planning procedures.

• Overseeing and tracking cash flow, including cash flow documentation.

• Preparing management reports (P&L, plan vs actual, unit economics) for executive leadership.

• Generating financial reports and materials for investors and financial institutions.

• Managing and optimizing both transactional and operational costs.

• Constructing financial models to evaluate business initiatives, growth opportunities, and investments.

• Effectively conveying financial insights to stakeholders without a finance background.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in financial management or analysis, ideally in startup environments.

• Demonstrated experience in establishing financial processes or reporting systems from the ground up.

• Proficient hands-on skills in Google Sheets and financial modeling.

• A strategic mindset with a solid grasp of how finance underpins business decisions.

• Capability to organize and structure ambiguous and disorganized information.

• High speed of execution, self-reliance, and a sense of ownership.

• Fluent in both Russian and English.
