Senior Financial Analyst, U.S. Merch Payables

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assists with the daily financial and payment operations for US Merchandise accounting by performing essential payment duties and ensuring financial precision.

• Addresses and resolves intricate supplier inquiries and disputes while fostering positive business relationships.

• Leverages performance metrics to pinpoint process irregularities and aids in the execution of strategic enhancements in both internal and supplier-related workflows.

• Collaborates across departments to implement necessary changes upstream for a streamlined end-to-end payables process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age or older.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Relevant college degree (Finance, Accounting, or Business).

• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA or comparable large ERP systems.

• Experience in accounting within the retail sector.

• Background in resolving high-volume vendor disputes or serving as a process coordinator.

• Minimum Education: The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically obtained through completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.

• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study.

• Minimum Years of Work Experience: 2.

• Preferred Years of Work Experience: 5+.

• Minimum Leadership Experience: None.

• Preferred Leadership Experience: Prior experience as a subject matter expert or mentor in a financial setting (1-3 years).
