Senior Financial Analyst, Risk Adjustment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as an FP&A business partner for leaders within the Risk Adjustment division.

• Create monthly revenue and expense forecasts for HealthEdge’s Risk Adjustment Profit and Loss statement.

• Develop, maintain, and refine intricate financial models.

• Prepare and present monthly and year-to-date management reporting packages.

• Assist with financial analysis, executive commentary, and presentation materials for reviews.

• Provide in-depth technical and analytical expertise for complex, ad-hoc reporting and data requests.

• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders on system implementations.

• Design and improve automated reporting, dashboards, and data models.

• Create and sustain a quantitative and qualitative analytics framework.

• Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enable FP&A to scale effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Corporate FP&A, finance business partnering, or other related analytical roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a comparable field; Master’s degree is preferred.

• Strong grasp of P&L with the ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes.

• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Outstanding communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage rapidly changing assignments.

• Highly organized with an emphasis on developing standardized, efficient, and scalable processes.

• Experience in supporting or participating in financial system implementations, migrations, or enhancements of planning tools.
