This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee Aveni's interactions with Tier 1 financial services firms, serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while fostering growth, retention, and expansion within our largest accounts.
• Develop and implement Aveni's strategy for increasing presence within large-scale financial institutions.
• Serve as the executive sponsor and trusted advisor for Aveni's key customer relationships.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams on significant opportunities, RFIs, RFPs, and executive presentations.
• Offer strategic market insights that shape product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Extensive experience in defining and executing strategy within large-scale financial services organizations or technology companies that serve them.
• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth from enterprise financial services clients.
• Strong history of scaling sales, account management, or customer success functions in B2B software or AI sectors.
• Experience in highly regulated environments, particularly in risk, compliance, or governance functions.
• Proven success in building relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
