
Senior Financial Analyst, GTM Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Work closely with GTM leadership to enhance financial transparency regarding marketing expenditure efficiency and customer retention patterns.
• Assist in the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting activities across all GTM functions, ensuring alignment with the company's financial objectives.
• Take ownership of developing, maintaining, and optimizing the company's pricing models. Collaborate with Product and Sales to assess the financial implications of new pricing tiers, discount strategies, and contract frameworks.
• Analyze revenue drivers and discrepancies. While the CRO is responsible for revenue performance, you will deliver the analytical insights needed to help the organization comprehend the reasons behind the figures.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to design commission structures and monitor performance against incentive plans.
• Create and maintain advanced financial models (such as CAC, LTV, Magic Number) to assess the ROI of various GTM strategies.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A, Revenue Finance, or GTM Finance (preferably in SaaS, technology, or growth-stage companies).
• Proficient in Excel with experience in constructing intricate, driver-based revenue models.
• Direct experience in sales compensation modeling, ARR forecasting, or particularly pricing analysis.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems; knowledge of revenue reporting tools is advantageous.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
