Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and continuously enhance **cash flow, P&L, and budgeting models** to facilitate forecasting, planning, and multi-scenario analyses.

• Oversee **budgeting and reforecasting activities**, integrating actual performance, business drivers, and revised assumptions.

• Take responsibility for **monthly P&L performance monitoring**, including comprehensive **variance analysis** against budget and forecasts.

• Create and sustain **short- and long-term cash flow projections**, identifying potential risks, constraints, and avenues for optimization.

• Prepare and present **clear, actionable financial reports** for leadership, converting data into valuable insights and recommendations.

• Aid strategic and operational decision-making through **ad hoc financial analyses**, including sensitivity assessments and what-if scenarios.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure financial models accurately reflect real operational and commercial influences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven proficiency in **financial analysis with a strong emphasis on cash flow modeling, P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting**.

• Established experience in supporting e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.

• Demonstrated ability in **creating and maintaining intricate financial models** for business planning and scenario evaluation.

• Solid background in preparing **regular financial reports** and performing **variance analysis** against budgets and forecasts.

• Experience delivering **ad hoc financial insights** to assist management and strategic decision-making.

• Previous experience in a **mid- to senior-level analytical position** with accountability for financial outputs.

• Experience in **e-commerce**, preferably within the **beauty or consumer goods sector**, is highly desirable.
