This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Create, manage, and continually enhance **cash flow, P&L, and budgeting models** to aid in forecasting, planning, and multi-scenario analysis.

• Oversee the **budgeting and reforecasting processes**, integrating actual performance, business drivers, and revised assumptions.

• Manage **monthly P&L performance tracking**, which includes comprehensive **variance analysis** against budget and forecast.

• Develop and sustain **short- and long-term cash flow forecasts**, pinpointing risks, constraints, and optimization opportunities.

• Prepare and present **clear, actionable financial reports** for leadership, converting data into insights and recommendations.

• Assist in strategic and operational decision-making through **ad hoc financial analyses**, including sensitivity analysis and what-if modeling.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial models accurately reflect real operational and commercial drivers.

• Proven expertise in **financial analysis with a strong emphasis on cash flow modeling, P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting**.

• Demonstrated experience supporting e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.

• Established experience in **building and maintaining intricate financial models** for business planning and scenario analysis.

• Strong background in preparing **recurring financial reports** and performing **variance analysis** against budget and forecast.

• Experience in providing **ad hoc financial insights** to aid management and strategic decision-making.

• Previous experience in a **mid- to senior-level analytical role** with accountability for financial outputs.

• Experience in **e-commerce**, particularly within the **beauty or consumer goods sector**, is highly preferred.
