Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and continuously enhance **cash flow, P&L, and budgeting models** to aid in forecasting, planning, and multi-scenario analysis.

• Direct the **budgeting and reforecasting processes**, integrating actual performance, business drivers, and revised assumptions.

• Oversee **monthly P&L performance tracking**, including comprehensive **variance analysis** against budget and forecast.

• Create and sustain **short- and long-term cash flow forecasts**, pinpointing risks, constraints, and optimization opportunities.

• Prepare and present **clear, actionable financial reports** for leadership, converting data into insights and recommendations.

• Facilitate strategic and operational decision-making through **ad hoc financial analysis**, including sensitivity analysis and what-if modeling.

• Collaborate across functions to ensure financial models accurately reflect actual operational and commercial drivers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven expertise in **financial analysis with a strong emphasis on cash flow modeling, P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting**.

• Demonstrated experience supporting e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.

• Established proficiency in **constructing and maintaining complex financial models** for business planning and scenario analysis.

• Strong background in preparing **recurring financial reports** and performing **variance analysis** against budget and forecast.

• Experience in providing **ad hoc financial insights** to aid management and strategic decisions.

• Previous experience in a **mid- to senior-level analytical role** with responsibility for financial outputs.

• Experience in **e-commerce**, ideally within the **beauty or consumer goods industry**, is highly preferred.
