Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality and impactful analysis to the Finance organization.

• Establish yourself as a reliable business partner to gain an in-depth understanding of the business.

• Manage costs through analysis, reporting, and consolidation of Global OPEX functions.

• Assist FP&A Managers and Directors with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

• Initiate process improvements to minimize variances.

• Communicate proactively with insightful reports on commercial performance.

• Aid in the forecasting process for various accounts and product lines.

• Update financial models and undertake special projects and analyses as needed.

• Gather financial and other data from diverse sources and convert it into clear reports for Finance.

• Develop and evaluate budgets that allocate current resources and predict future financial needs.

• Support the month-end reporting process through joint venture preparation, metric reporting, and analysis.

• Complete ad hoc requests as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.

• Fundamental understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• 4 to 6 years of experience in financial analysis, with a background in Accounting and/or Finance.

• Experience in financial analysis within a manufacturing or auditing context is preferred but not mandatory.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data and convey it simply across various functional areas.

• High organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Capability to manage multiple critical projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as necessary.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong skills in MS Office, including Word and PowerPoint; experience with SQL or Power BI is a plus.

• Familiarity with Dynamics AX and Hyperion is advantageous.

• Adaptability and flexibility with a strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
