This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Create, interpret, and execute financial concepts for planning, forecasting, modeling, and internal control processes.
• Conduct thorough and complex technical analyses to assess both current and future financial performance.
• Collect, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations regarding financial plans, acquisition activities, anticipated future requirements, and operational forecasts.
• Execute economic research and studies focusing on return rates, depreciation/amortization, working capital needs, investment opportunities, investment performance, and the effects of governmental and industry regulations.
• Serve as a mentor to junior analysts.
• A bachelor's degree in a field related to the job function is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Must consistently identify critical elements, variables, and alternatives to devise effective solutions.
• Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with stakeholders regarding decisions, actions, and problems.
• Strong technical expertise in budgeting, cash management, and financial analysis processes, including forecasting and financial modeling.
• Must collaborate effectively with senior management across the organization to analyze financial situations and provide recommendations.
• Requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly using language that is easily understood by others.
