Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain financial models that aid in long-term planning, annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and continuous financial performance assessment across the OnTrac network.

• Enhance existing models and tools to facilitate the scaling of the Transportation Network.

• Assist in commercial planning, revenue forecasting, and analysis of top-line performance, emphasizing customer mix, revenue composition, pricing, volume, and other essential business drivers.

• Formulate business cases and conduct ROI analyses to assess investment prospects, strategic initiatives, and financial decisions.

• Manage weekly and monthly variance analysis, as well as the reporting of weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

• Review and advance methodologies that underpin core business models, tools, and financial processes.

• Work collaboratively with operations staff to promote process enhancements, productivity improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.

• Lead financial review meetings with key partner business groups to examine results, identify risks, explore opportunities, and propose actionable recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SQL, Power BI, and large data analysis.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
