Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the monthly and quarterly forecasting for the Technology Profit & Loss (P&L) statement.

• Design, construct, and sustain comprehensive multi-scenario financial models that encompass OPEX, CAPEX, and more.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate financial performance indicators.

• Assist in the creation and presentation of monthly financial reports for Technology leadership.

• Work collaboratively with IT, Accounting, and the wider Finance teams.

• Develop, construct, and maintain financial dashboards tailored for executive use.

• Direct the identification and reengineering of ineffective FP&A processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Enterprise FP&A team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions such as lookups, SUMIFs, index-matches, and VBA.

• Strong preference for experience in creating dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent business intelligence tools.

• Prior experience in supporting or directly engaging with a P&L, including related forecasts, budgets, and financial models.

• Previous experience in variance analysis and effective communication (both written and verbal) with business stakeholders.

• Proven track record in leading process improvement efforts within an FP&A or finance context.

• Prior familiarity with Netsuite, Anaplan, Oracle, Salesforce, or Tableau is highly desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related quantitative field.
