Senior Finance Transformation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead large-scale finance transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, systems, controls, and operational efficiency.

• Serve as a finance subject matter expert, offering insights, assessing alternative solutions, and advocating for financial requirements in transformation projects.

• Assess and implement cutting-edge technologies, tools, and solutions, including AI, to improve operational accuracy, efficiency, and risk management practices.

• Translate strategic financial and operational plans into actionable project roadmaps.

• Oversee the complete delivery of key initiatives by managing timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and outcomes.

• Effectively communicate project objectives, updates, resource requirements, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, including executives.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize critical improvement opportunities within financial processes and workflows.

• Facilitate sessions for root cause analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation of internal controls.

• Design and implement scalable, efficient processes that align with organizational growth and financial controllership objectives.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to foster the adoption of new systems and processes.

• Organize and lead brainstorming workshops and problem-solving sessions to tackle challenges and uncover innovative solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, with a solid background in project management and financial transformation initiatives.

• At least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects and/or system implementations.

• Experience in implementing and promoting the adoption of innovative tools or technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and effective control frameworks.

• Proficient in utilizing financial systems to enforce technical policies.

• Demonstrated success as a change leader with a strong influence on leadership and project teams.

• Capable of effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
