Senior Finance Transformation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in establishing the roadmap for enhancement and transformation initiatives

• Facilitate and steer financial transformation initiatives

• Serve as a liaison between Finance, Technology, and Product teams

• Evaluate current financial processes and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement

• Lead the deployment of new financial tools, systems, and processes

• Aid in the prioritization of project and improvement backlogs

• Assist in the development of team members through knowledge sharing and experience

• Ensure that new financial and accounting solutions and workflows meet business requirements

• Actively seek out opportunities for improvement

• Extensive experience in Project Management

• Profound knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban

• Strategic and system-oriented thinking

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

• Analytical mindset paired with problem-solving skills

• Strong initiative and sense of ownership

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration

• Proven expertise in defining accounting and finance workflows

• Understanding of the card payments value chain

• Familiarity with financial flows associated with credit/lending products

• Knowledge of project management tools and agile methodologies

• Ability to apply AI for process enhancement

• Familiarity with tier-1 ERPs such as SAP S/4HANA and Oracle NetSuite
