
Senior Finance Analyst – GTM Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Renewal and Customer Success topline and Opex analysis, encompassing forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with GTM Finance leadership to evaluate renewal performance, retention trends, coverage models, and key factors influencing forecast adjustments.
• Conduct in-depth analyses across customers, regions, products, renewal cohorts, and coverage models to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
• Generate insights and reporting to enhance renewal forecasting, retention visibility, and informed decision-making.
• Identify leading indicators and emerging trends to proactively highlight renewal risks.
• Execute variance analysis related to renewal rates, retention, churn, ARR, and forecast results.
• Assist in Renewal and Customer Success forecasting through data analysis, scenario modeling, and risk evaluation.
• Prepare analyses suitable for executive review and Board presentations.
• Collaborate with Renewal Operations, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and BI to enhance data quality, reporting uniformity, and metric governance.
• Convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for business leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 4-7+ years of experience in FP&A, GTM Finance, or Revenue Finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for translating complex data into actionable business insights.
• Comfortable maneuvering through complex, imperfect data environments and addressing ambiguous data challenges.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience working with large datasets and collaborating with Business Intelligence teams.
• Proven capability to utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini) to boost productivity, expedite analysis, automate routine tasks, and enhance decision-making.
• Strong sense of curiosity, adaptability, and openness to adopting new technologies and analytical methods.
• Self-driven, deliverable-focused, with a strong work ethic, enthusiastic and ambitious mindset, capable of prioritizing and addressing multiple issues simultaneously.
• Experience supporting SaaS or subscription-based enterprises.
• Familiarity with recurring revenue metrics, including ARR, ACV, renewals, churn, GRR, and NRR.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data querying and automation tools.
• Experience in developing automated reporting, dashboards, or AI-enabled analytical workflows.
• Familiarity with financial planning and analysis tools (e.g., Anaplan, SAP, Oracle, Clari, Salesforce, Adaptive Planning).
