Senior Finance Analyst – G&A Functions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning processes for all designated G&A functions.

• Collaborate with department leaders to formulate precise budget assumptions and maintain financial discipline.

• Generate monthly reporting packages that showcase performance against budget, forecasts, and the previous year’s results.

• Monitor functional KPIs, spending trends, headcount patterns, and the effects of cost allocation.

• Identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights for functional leaders and Corporate FP&A.

• Deliver clear, insightful analyses that facilitate decision-making at the senior executive level.

• Develop and sustain financial models that aid in G&A cost optimization, workforce planning, compensation trends, and prioritizing investments.

• Perform ad hoc analyses related to organizational changes, productivity initiatives, and cross-functional projects.

• Propel enhancements in G&A budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to minimize manual effort and boost accuracy.

• Aid in the standardization of reporting templates and cost frameworks across various functions.

• Collaborate with the finance team to improve both ERP and reporting tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 4+ years of relevant business experience in Finance, demonstrating a record of progressive and scalable success.

• Experience in business partnering.

• Proficient in accessing, querying, and manipulating data within ERP systems and enterprise applications, such as SAP, Hyperion (HFM/Essbase), and Business Objects.

• Proficient in English, at least at CEFR C1 level.
