This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Oversee discount policies and maintain the exception case log; collaborate with Sales Operations regarding deal desk exceptions.
• Conduct weekly discount trend analyses; identify exceptions and patterns for pricing and commercial leadership review.
• Assist in pricing for new products and services — from constructing list prices to evaluating deal economics.
• Lead the quarterly margin reassessment across the product portfolio — updating deal model costs based on actual cost fluctuations, sales mix trends (where we’re excelling), and external benchmarks.
• Provide ad-hoc deal modeling and pricing analytics for strategic, large-scale, or atypical deals.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to Sales Operations, Business Unit leaders, Sales, and Product Management regarding commercial decisions.
• Manage the weekly revenue forecast process for the services business units; collaborate with Business Unit leaders on potential risks and opportunities.
• Validate forecast submissions for methodological consistency and precision; assess assumptions with Business Unit partners.
• Generate the monthly forecast accuracy report, including a comprehensive bridge analysis to clarify variances.
• Develop and conduct analytics on bookings-to-revenue conversion — including lag analysis, ramp curve modeling, and detecting patterns across business units.
• Lead win-loss pricing analysis and provide insights to Sales and Product Management teams.
• Create pipeline conversion analytics across various stages and business units.
• Oversee NRR and ARR walk reporting, enhancing it with additional layers — such as cohort retention, customer profitability, and product profitability.
• 3–5 years of progressive finance experience with a proven track record in analytical or process ownership.
• Proficient in advanced Excel — capable of building models from scratch and handling large datasets.
• Proven ability to develop or enhance processes, rather than merely executing existing ones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adept at working independently in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
