Senior Finance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage intricate 3-statement financial models.

• Spearhead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes by collaborating closely with department leaders.

• Create regular reports that emphasize significant trends and potential financial risks.

• Conduct independent assessments of the feasibility of new projects and investments.

• Assume full accountability for recognizing and rectifying inefficiencies within the reporting cycle.

• Simplify complex financial data into clear presentations for stakeholders.

• Assist in the rollout of new accounting policies and internal controls.

• Serve as a dependable point of contact for high-level stakeholder inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in FP&A roles, ideally within a multi-entity setting (USA/DR/CAN).

• Profound understanding of financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and Google Suite; experience with NetSuite is advantageous.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English.

• Exceptional communication abilities to effectively present financial insights.

• Strong analytical skills with a capability to provide data-driven recommendations.

• Meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to work autonomously.

• Eagerness to learn and keep abreast of financial trends and associated technologies.
