This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Oversees a designated territory of core Foremost Independent Agencies
• Identify and onboard new agencies with appropriate support
• Foster profitable premium growth while meeting financial and operational objectives
• Cultivate and manage partnerships with agencies
• Act as the primary liaison between the agency and the company
• Develop and effectively promote the comprehensive range of Foremost products
• Establish and nurture agency partnerships through in-person interactions using a consultative sales approach
• Position oneself as a trusted advisor by providing insights on product offerings, underwriting philosophy, appetites, and system training to enhance retention and generate new business
• Create, sustain, and implement high-quality agency strategies and plans
• Collaborate with field distribution partners to align plans
• A minimum of three years of experience in insurance sales and management
• Proven track record of achieving profitable premium growth and sales success
• Experience in IA Distribution is preferred
• Background in territory management is preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• CIC, CPCU, or other insurance licenses are preferred upon hiring
