This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in business operations on the Fidelity National Financial Services (NFS) Wealthscape platform.
• Offer training and guidance to financial professionals on various platforms, processes, compliance, and best practices.
• As part of the Call Center team, address requests related to trading, account maintenance, order entry, platform navigation, cashiering, and account management.
• Provide support and advice for the Wealthscape platforms.
• Generate reports from Wealthscape and Avaya that are essential for TFA to monitor service and processing metrics, as well as to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the NFS Middle Office regarding account management services.
• Identify and create metrics that measure operational impact, which includes data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Stay informed about rules and regulations that govern firm procedures.
• Recognize and develop enhancements for operational services.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or business, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of five years' experience in securities or financial services within call center and operations roles.
• In-depth knowledge and expert-level processing skills on the NFS Wealthscape platform.
• Proven experience with Avaya or a similar telephony management system.
• Comprehensive understanding of securities products and regulatory frameworks including FINRA, SEC, and DOL regulations.
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex issues and propose solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and adeptness at managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel capabilities.
• Experience with Wealthscape and Envestnet platforms; Series 7 and 24 certifications are preferred.
