Senior Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Execute responsibilities to install and deliver both on-demand and scheduled service and training for all general-purpose equipment.

• Carry out daily tasks in compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

• Demonstrate the ability to document daily service activities and expenses in a timely, accurate, and effective manner.

• Identify and resolve complex issues related to customers and/or machinery.

• Read and interpret intricate blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

• Offer technical support and training to Signode Technicians.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures.

• Organize proactive pre-installation meetings with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant experience.

• Experience with Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic systems.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.

• Knowledge of PLC systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Completion of a professional course in electrical, mechanical, or automation disciplines.
