
Senior Field Service Manager – Data Centers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver technical support, setup, and assistance to customers in the data center.
• Support site certification, operational procedures, and EPA testing.
• Aid in the creation and distribution of service and parts bulletins to inform customers about product modifications or issues.
• Provide sales assistance by helping customers identify the appropriate equipment for their requirements.
• Assess Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) to evaluate the necessity for new service parts.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience.
• Capability to establish new and nurture existing relationships with customers’ branch, district, and regional sales and service managers.
• Must be proficient in providing written weekly reports.
