Senior Field Security Investigator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Carry out investigations into suspected fraud or other illegal activities impacting the Company.

• Conduct interviews, perform database searches, and identify sources of information and witnesses.

• Assess information to establish its reliability.

• Refer and manage investigation tasks with external agencies.

• Offer training and support to all departments involved in the claims handling process.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate's or bachelor's degree in criminal justice or a related discipline.

• A minimum of five years of experience in insurance claims investigations or professional investigative work with law enforcement agencies.

• At least seven years of professional investigation experience related to economic or insurance matters.

• Proficient in obtaining in-person or phone statements from various stakeholders.

• Capability to collect a wide array of evidence pertinent to investigations.

• Familiarity with city, state, and local laws, legal principles, case law, medical treatments, and medical terminology.
