Senior Field Sales Representative – Commercial Lines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance your agency and sales objectives.

• Attract and motivate new agents while strengthening relationships within the existing agency network.

• Create and oversee agency plans at the territorial or state level.

• Lead the review process for agencies and territories.

• Understand and effectively manage the various elements of the customer bonus program.

• Oversee Agency Production Initiatives to achieve territorial goals.

• Set and track individual customer commitments.

• Drive loyalty and retention efforts through relationship building at all agency levels.

• Create and assess target market plans for territorial or state regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in P&C Commercial Lines marketing or underwriting is preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the insurance sector, including competitors, trends, and best practices.

• Proven capability to effectively guide talent towards shared objectives.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or an equivalent level of experience.

• Advanced insurance education, such as INS, AU, CPCU, or a demonstrated commitment to pursuing further insurance education is highly recommended.

• Candidates who do not meet the above experience or educational requirements may be considered for the Field Sales Representative position.
