Senior Field Sales Applications Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Generate numerous business opportunities by recognizing new applications while maintaining the existing product and technology foundation.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders and develop a New Product Introduction (NPI) pipeline, focusing on initiatives that yield the greatest business impact.

• Ensure effective project delivery with optimal ROI through thorough coordination with various Honeywell cross-functional teams.

• Emphasize the transition from ideation to NPI and convert customer needs into product specifications, followed by technical execution.

• Provide support for custom-engineered sensors, switches, machine safeguarding, and devices that enhance precision, repeatability, and durability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, etc.)

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management and/or as an Applications Engineer in B2B technical sales within a Manufacturing/OEM context, particularly with high-value solutions. Experience in Sensing Solutions is advantageous.

• Capability to manage and achieve desired outcomes within a timely and fast-paced environment.

• Strong customer orientation and the ability to establish a reputation as a trusted advisor.

• Native Spanish speaker.

• Proficient in English.

• Proficient in French or Italian.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% across Southern European countries for client visits related to projects as necessary.

• Primarily a home office position, but associated with our legacy office in either Madrid or Barcelona; other heavily industrialized locations may also be considered.
