This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and implement strategic integrated marketing and account-based plans that align with regional sales priorities for your segment, creating and generating pipeline through a comprehensive marketing go-to-market strategy.
• Serve as a strategic partner to regional sales leadership, fostering relationships and acting as a trusted marketing and business advisor.
• Consistently monitor, analyze, and report on marketing initiatives, programs, and pipeline performance to sales and marketing leadership, offering insights and recommendations for enhancement.
• Organize and oversee regional activities such as first-party and third-party events, industry conferences, tradeshows, webinars, executive roundtables, and workshops.
• Create and implement tailored account-based regional marketing campaigns for key strategic accounts, utilizing data, insights, and buyer personas to ensure personalized engagement.
• Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, campaigns, and partner teams to identify target accounts, buyer personas, messaging, and campaign execution.
• Suggest and influence the creation of essential content to support integrated campaigns at all stages of the funnel, from awareness to conversion.
• Oversee budget management, ROI, and performance metrics for all regional marketing initiatives.
• 5-7 years of integrated B2B marketing experience, ideally in Canada field marketing positions.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing field marketing campaigns, events, and regional demand generation initiatives.
• Strategic, solutions-focused mindset with the capability to analyze complex scenarios, pinpoint opportunities, and recommend actionable steps.
• Insight into strategic account buying dynamics and behaviors throughout Canada.
• Proficient in English and French Canadian – in both written and spoken forms, as well as business communication.
• Proven experience in navigating the diverse business and cultural dynamics across all Canadian provinces.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create strategic marketing plans and customize messaging for various audience types.
• Outstanding program and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and objectives.
• Strong analytical mindset and results-oriented, with the skill to extract, analyze, and interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, Gemini, and Tableau.
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness, such as employing generative AI for content personalization or predictive analytics for better intent-based targeting.
• Willingness to travel regionally (15%-25%) as required.
