This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Own Pipeline Strategy: Formulate and implement the marketing strategy for the Financial Services sector, ensuring alignment of investments with revenue and pipeline goals.
• Convert business priorities into go-to-market initiatives that facilitate customer growth and acquisition of new logos.
• Evaluate market opportunities and suggest investment strategies grounded in business performance and market trends.
• Execute ABX Programs & Events: Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to pinpoint priority customers, buying groups, and significant opportunities, designing tailored programs and strategies that enhance the customer buying experience.
• Lead the organization and execution of strategic industry events, executive dinners, customer experiences, sales strategies, content, and campaigns.
• Work together with Product, Product Marketing, Content, and other marketing teams to create relevant messaging and campaigns targeted at Financial Services audiences.
• Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Act as the main marketing partner for Financial Services North America go-to-market leadership and team.
• Ensure marketing initiatives are in harmony with sales priorities through business reviews, account planning, and pipeline discussions.
• Provide guidance to teams in Marketing (such as Corporate Events, Campaigns, etc.) on targeting and messaging strategies.
• Unite stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams to implement coordinated go-to-market programs.
• Measurement and Performance Management: Take responsibility for reporting on sourced and influenced pipeline and bookings.
• Monitor account engagement, pipeline development, conversion metrics, and program success.
• Collaborate with RevOps to pinpoint pipeline gaps and devise strategies to enhance conversion rates and sales velocity.
• Oversee marketing budgets to optimize investment efficiency.
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including a background in marketing to Financial Services organizations within a fast-paced technology or SaaS setting.
• Experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Banking, or Insurance is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in crafting strategies that generate pipeline and impact revenue in intricate enterprise sales environments.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership to formulate joint go-to-market strategies and drive business results.
• Strong grasp of account-based marketing principles, engagement with buying groups, and enterprise buying cycles.
• Proven ability to convert data and insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in assessing marketing performance across the sales funnel.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Seismic's annual base salary range for this position will vary based on the applicant's location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data alignment.
• Eligible to participate in Seismic's incentive plans in addition to the base salary.
