This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Implement regional initiatives that generate new pipeline and facilitate expansion.
• Align worldwide campaigns with regional priorities and pipeline objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development to create lead generation and pipeline development programs.
• Monitor performance and refine programs based on conversion rates and overall impact.
• Execute personalized ABM programs tailored to priority accounts, including 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many strategies.
• Work in partnership with Sales on account planning and program implementation.
• Launch customized campaigns to engage buying groups effectively.
• Organize and execute regional events such as executive roundtables, roadshows, conferences, and webinars.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of programs, including follow-up and reporting processes.
• Ensure all initiatives are aligned with target accounts and pipeline objectives.
• Implement integrated campaigns across various channels including digital, events, email, and third-party platforms.
• Adapt global campaigns for the EMEA markets.
• Enhance engagement throughout the entire buyer journey.
• Collaborate with Sales to synchronize on account priorities.
• Accelerate deals through targeted programs.
• Utilize Sales feedback to enhance execution quality.
• Monitor pipeline, ROI, and conversion metrics.
• Refine programs and allocate spending based on performance insights.
• Work collaboratively with both global and regional teams, including Campaigns, Digital, Regional Marketing, Sales (AE, BD), and Partner and Product Marketing.
• Ensure uniform program execution across teams.
• Manage vendors and partners as necessary.
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology).
• Proven experience in executing field marketing, ABM, and demand generation initiatives.
• Strong collaborative mindset when working with Sales teams.
• Ability to oversee multiple programs across different regions and priorities.
• Data-driven approach with the capability to enhance performance.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of ABM tools and account engagement strategies; familiarity with Demandbase is a plus.
• Understanding of GDPR and data regulations applicable in EMEA.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
