Senior Field Marketing Manager, Design & Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with sales and cross-functional marketing teams to strategize and implement regional marketing initiatives and events that align with business goals and growth prospects in North America.

• Develop and oversee multichannel demand generation efforts through digital campaigns, webinars, live events hosted by Autodesk and third parties, and other emerging channels to enhance account engagement and create measurable pipeline results.

• Adapt global campaigns, content, and marketing strategies into regionally appropriate programs that can be executed across various territories and customer segments within North America.

• Create campaign messaging, presentations, customer-facing materials, and sales enablement resources that bolster marketing initiatives and foster customer engagement.

• Utilize engagement data, performance analytics, marketing automation, and AI-driven tools to refine targeting, enhance conversion rates, and maximize overall efficiency.

• Track and report on program effectiveness, including engagement levels, pipeline contributions, and conversion metrics, while implementing strategies for improvement.

• Collaborate with partner marketing, campaign development, content creation, marketing operations, and analytics teams to enhance execution, broaden campaign reach, and boost pipeline visibility.

• Assist in scaling successful programs by refining workflows, standardizing best practices, and promoting operational efficiency across diverse geographies, regions, and territories.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, demand generation, campaign orchestration, or account-based marketing.

• Strong grasp of customer engagement strategies, pipeline acceleration, and account-based marketing efforts.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing integrated demand generation and lead-nurturing programs across both digital and field channels.

• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, intent and engagement analytics tools such as 6sense, Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Allocadia, and AI-based marketing solutions.

• Excellent analytical abilities with experience in interpreting performance metrics related to engagement, pipeline, conversion, and campaigns.

• Proficient in leveraging engagement data and insights to enhance targeting and campaign effectiveness.

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of working effectively across sales, marketing, operations, and partner teams within a matrixed organization.

• Ability to balance strategic independent thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including expertise in creating presentations, campaign messaging, and executive-level documentation.
