This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop, strategize, and implement a detailed calendar of field events, encompassing trade shows, conferences, roadshows, executive dinners, Customer Advisory Board gatherings, and webinars.
• Ensure that events are in alignment with business goals and engage the target audience effectively.
• Clearly communicate event strategies, outcomes, and recommendations during key meetings.
• Collaborate with the content team to guarantee that event messaging, presentations, and materials are compelling, on-brand, and suited to the event's objectives and audience.
• Oversee the complete event lifecycle: strategy formulation, planning, logistics management, vendor coordination, team empowerment, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up and reporting.
• Implement events as integrated marketing initiatives that bolster our Intelligent Change Management narrative, rather than treating them as isolated activities.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to identify and prioritize target accounts for each event.
• Organize executive meetings and networking opportunities that facilitate opportunity advancement.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure that event strategies are directly aligned with target accounts and emerging opportunities.
• Monitor and report on event-generated leads, opportunities, and pipeline impact through Salesforce.
• Evaluate event performance based on attendance, opportunity creation, pipeline ROI, and engagement quality.
• Maintain ownership of field marketing for UK & EMEA locations while closely collaborating with the US-based Marketing team.
• 8+ years of demonstrated experience in field marketing, event management, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology setting.
• Proven ability to manage intricate projects involving multiple stakeholders, from planning through to execution and post-event evaluation.
• Proficiency in event management platforms (e.g., Swoogo, Eventbrite, Bizzabo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and marketing automation tools (Pardot).
• A history of executing events that produce measurable pipeline impact and executive engagement, supported by data.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking event performance, analyzing data, and reporting on ROI.
• Outstanding organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
• Willingness to travel frequently for events as needed, with travel requirements of up to 50%.
• Experience in managing event budgets, including forecasting, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.
• Willing to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally, with the majority of travel occurring in the UK/London.
