This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
β’ Oversee the creation and implementation of a regional field marketing strategy that aligns with quarterly and annual revenue objectives, sales priorities, and target account coverage.
β’ Serve as a senior marketing collaborator with regional and segment-focused Sales leadership, shaping territory planning, account engagement strategies, and initiatives for pipeline acceleration.
β’ Develop and execute integrated field programs, such as executive roundtables, trade shows, roadshows, user groups, webinars, and account-based initiatives.
β’ Take ownership of comprehensive program strategy and execution, which includes planning, budgeting, vendor management, promotion, on-site execution, and post-event optimization.
β’ Create and implement account-centric marketing strategies that facilitate complex enterprise and strategic account activities.
β’ Transform core brand and product strategies into engaging regional campaigns and executive experiences, impacting messaging direction and campaign design.
β’ Lead cross-functional collaboration among digital, content, product marketing, and sales teams to guarantee cohesive execution and consistent customer experiences.
β’ Establish success metrics and provide executive-level reports on program performance, pipeline contributions, ROI, and overall marketing effectiveness.
β’ Utilize data and insights to inform investment choices, prioritize initiatives, and adapt the regional field marketing strategy.
β’ Manage regional marketing budgets with responsibility for forecasting, optimization, and reconciliation; oversee and negotiate vendor relationships.
β’ Travel approximately 20β30% of the time to facilitate executive-level events, customer interactions, and strategic initiatives.
β’ 8β12+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing within B2B SaaS, high-tech, or enterprise software sectors.
β’ Experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry is preferred.
β’ Proven success in driving pipeline and revenue through intricate, multi-channel field and account-based marketing initiatives.
β’ Extensive experience collaborating with senior Sales leadership to influence strategies, expedite deals, and support long-term growth objectives.
β’ Demonstrated ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment in highly ambiguous settings.
β’ History of designing and scaling impactful field marketing programs across various regions or segments.
β’ Advanced proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Wrike, Tableau) and performance analytics.
β’ Strong analytical and strategic mindset, capable of converting insights into actionable strategies that influence investment decisions.
β’ Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
β’ Acknowledged as a leader and trusted advisor; influences without direct authority and elevates the standards for field marketing execution.
