Senior Feasibility Associate / Feasibility Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Assist with pre-award feasibility initiatives.

• Deliver pre-award feasibility assessments and contributions for pre-award RFPs, encompassing competitive analysis, historical recruitment evaluations, standards of care, drug assessments, epidemiology insights, and site and country evaluations.

• Examine clinical protocols, study assumptions, client details, and study plans for both US and global trials.

• Present and elucidate feasibility assessments to BD/Clients, detailing the process, suggestions, and rationale.

• Collaborate with colleagues, consultants, and partners, and engage with internal and external sources to gather and disseminate feasibility data.

• Conduct feasibility site outreach for pre-award opportunities.

• Engage in and/or contribute to BDM and client discussions.

• Execute post-award, rescue, and standalone feasibility tasks in alignment with study and client expectations.

• When appropriate, collaborate with patient advocacy groups and site networks to enhance study feasibility, recruitment, and successful execution.

• Assist in analyzing the gathered site data to ensure accurate site identification, enrollment modeling, and study strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.

• A combination of qualifications and equivalent relevant experience may be considered as an alternative.

• Relevant experience in the necessary tasks for the role, including feasibility analysis and site identification.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English (Professional level).

• Postgraduate degree is preferred.
