Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the operational delivery of clinical components within a trial, encompassing site selection, start-up, enrolment management, site engagement and support, monitoring planning and execution, data cleaning processes, and trial close-out.

• Ensure successful implementation of assigned trials while achieving all trial deliverables.

• Facilitate effective communication, maintain regulatory documentation, and provide ongoing oversight of assigned trial(s) by collaborating closely with other functional team members.

• Provide mentorship and training to team members.

• Identify potential obstacles to study timelines and deliverables and propose innovative action plans to the team and sponsor.

• Lead Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) in fostering relationships with their sites to ensure high-quality oversight of monitoring, regulatory compliance, investigational product management, site payments, and overall site correspondence activities.

• Keep the team focused on study priorities through efficient cross-functional collaboration and effective communication to achieve optimal client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience in a science or health-related field, with a background in oncology.

• Proven experience in leading clinical aspects of studies across multiple countries within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company (in a dedicated 'clinical lead' capacity).

• Extensive clinical trial management experience specifically in oncology.

• Strong understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
