Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and operationally deliver the clinical components of a trial, including site selection, initiation, enrollment management, site engagement and support, monitoring planning and execution, data cleaning activities, and trial close-out.

• Achieve successful execution of assigned trials while ensuring all trial deliverables are met.

• Facilitate appropriate communication, regulatory documentation, and continuous oversight of assigned trial(s) through close collaboration with other functional team members.

• Provide mentorship and training to team members.

• Identify potential challenges to study timelines and deliverables, proposing innovative action plans to the team and sponsor.

• Guide CRAs in building strong relationships with their sites to ensure high-quality oversight of monitoring, regulatory, investigational product, site payment, and overall site correspondence activities.

• Keep the team focused on study priorities through effective cross-functional partnerships and communication to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a science or health-related field, with specific experience in oncology.

• Proven experience leading the clinical aspects of studies across multiple countries within a CRO, Pharma, or Biotech company in a dedicated 'clinical lead' capacity.

• Extensive clinical trial management experience in the field of oncology.

• Solid understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.

• Proficiency in effective communication in the English language.
