Senior Clinical Study Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the delivery of studies in the region/country, ensuring they meet the necessary inspection readiness quality.

• Directs the clinical operations team in the region/country and serves as the main point of escalation.

• Guarantees that regional/country deliverables are aligned with the overarching goals of the study.

• Works collaboratively with stakeholders and provides regular updates regarding the progress of the study.

• Oversees the planning and management of assigned clinical studies, from feasibility through to closeout activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in clinical research within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industries.

• At least 2 years of experience in clinical study management or as a team lead.

• Experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is preferred.

• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and project planning applications.
