Senior Factory Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and communicate the processes and readiness of materials.

• Execute build schedule exercises and relay status updates to headquarters.

• Lead factory mass-production teams to efficiently and effectively verify BOM/ECO implementation.

• Facilitate mass-production meetings with representatives from Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Engineering.

• Assist in process development, pilot production, and manufacturing ramp-up.

• Enhance internal processes and eliminate gaps across various teams and functions.

• Advance NVIDIA’s factory planning capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in industrial management or Industrial Engineering.

• Over 12 years of project management experience in CM/ODM Server products.

• Experience in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) is a plus.

• Comprehensive understanding of project management teams, conflict resolution, and adherence to meeting schedules.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication and documentation abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional and cross-organizational collaboration.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.

• Proficient in using spreadsheets, creating presentation materials, and managing project/process documentation.

• Robust observational and analytical abilities.

• Proficient in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating large volumes of information.

• Keen attention to detail and precision.

• Ability to monitor and report metrics while managing risks.

• Organized with efficient time management and multitasking skills.

• Capacity to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines.

• Proven history in Program or Project Management.
