• Recognize and convert the voice of the iFood customer into actionable business insights, driving significant enhancements to the user experience;
• Collaborate strategically with various business categories and stakeholders at different organizational levels;
• Provide analyses and practical recommendations that impact business sectors and actively participate in strategic initiatives (representing managers when required);
• Conduct presentations and facilitate meetings, creating narratives and linking opportunities to business strategies;
• Independently manage requests and priorities, ensuring transparency and efficiency in deliverables;
• Utilize artificial intelligence and automation methods to scale analyses and minimize manual labor.
• Prior experience in Voice of the Customer initiatives;
• Previous or current experience in a startup or rapidly growing environment;
• Background in Continuous Improvement or related Customer Experience fields;
• Experience working in dynamic, complex environments with the ability to engage and connect with stakeholders;
• An entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating ownership and versatility.
