This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Collaborate with the SVP of Market to establish essential storylines and a messaging framework that align with Simbeās business objectives, go-to-market strategy, and corporate narrative.
⢠Act as the editor-in-chief for corporate and executive communications, ensuring that every launch, campaign, announcement, research report, and asset reinforces a unified company narrative.
⢠Identify and cultivate new narrative opportunities based on market trends, customer successes, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies, including proactive workforce narratives that enhance retail work.
⢠Work with cross-functional partners to translate Simbeās competitive positioning and category strategy into engaging external narratives across communications initiatives.
⢠Create communication strategies, messaging frameworks, and platforms for company executives, Strategic Advisory Board members, Board members, partners, and customer executives.
⢠Oversee the companyās thought leadership content calendar, collaborating closely with Product Marketing to distill the editorial calendar into owned and earned thought leadership opportunities.
⢠Collaborate with the SVP of Market, PR agency, and key executives to enhance executive visibility through speaking engagements, media interviews, podcasts, contributed content, social media, and cross-channel amplification.
⢠Manage annual and quarterly communications planning while overseeing Simbeās PR agency to ensure that programs align with business priorities and go-to-market objectives.
⢠Lead an integrated communications program for company milestones, partnering across the business to maximize impact through earned, owned, executive, customer, investor, advisor, and partner communications.
⢠Direct communications priorities with the PR agency to boost Simbeās visibility in media, analyst circles, awards, conferences, and executive platforms.
⢠Expand Simbeās analyst relations program and enhance relationships with leading industry analysts.
⢠Provide support for executive media preparation, messaging, and crisis communications as necessary.
⢠Oversee the integrated editorial calendar encompassing earned, owned, executive, and customer communications.
⢠Direct Simbeās social strategy and customer storytelling program, collaborating with Customer Success, Strategy & Scaling, Sales, Product Marketing, Design, and client communications teams.
⢠Collaborate across marketing to package every major announcement into a reusable communications toolkit that empowers commercial and executive teams to activate stories across earned, owned, and customer-facing channels.
⢠Maintain editorial excellence and consistency in all external communications.
⢠Lead shopper education, influencer engagement, and the Robot Ambassador Program while fostering relationships with retailers, partners, industry associations, and standards organizations to reinforce Simbeās market leadership.
⢠Manage resource allocation for Simbeās public affairs program, collaborating with industry and policy organizations to enhance Simbeās visibility on Capitol Hill and throughout the US.
⢠Support initiatives that strengthen Simbeās reputation as the category leader shaping the future of intelligent retail.
⢠Over 10 years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, PR, or content strategy with progressively increasing responsibility.
⢠Proven experience in developing communications programs within a high-growth B2B technology company, ideally in enterprise software, AI, robotics, or a related field.
⢠Demonstrated success in partnering with executive teams to shape company narratives, executive platforms, product launches, customer announcements, and thought leadership.
⢠Experience managing PR agencies, analyst relations, media partnerships, and cross-functional communications initiatives.
⢠Strong business acumen and curiosity, with the capability to quickly grasp complex technologies and translate them into impactful market narratives.
⢠Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technologies for varied audiences.
⢠Excellent editorial judgment and strategic thinking, connecting individual communications into a cohesive narrative that supports business objectives.
⢠Executive presence with experience advising senior leaders on messaging, media engagements, presentations, and public speaking.
⢠Highly organized and collaborative leader who excels at influencing across functions, managing competing priorities, and driving complex initiatives from strategy through execution.
