This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of social media implementation, which includes creating, scheduling, and sharing content to enhance engagement and elevate brand visibility.
• Participate in social listening to track mentions, messages, and comments in order to gain insights into audience sentiment and uphold the company's reputation.
• Manage community interactions to connect with followers, address inquiries, and handle feedback promptly.
• Assist internal influencers and employee advocacy initiatives to promote thought leadership and expand followership.
• Oversee social media tools, monitor KPIs and performance metrics, and consistently report on results across various channels.
• Aid in the placement of bylined articles with industry publications to enhance credibility and visibility.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content on topics pertinent to their areas of expertise.
• Discover relevant award opportunities and orchestrate the submission process in partnership with internal stakeholders and PR agencies.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency throughout all communication materials.
• Introduce scalable innovations and utilize AI-driven strategies to boost communication efficiency and output.
• Provide timely and relevant updates that motivate, inform, and align employees with organizational objectives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, specifically in social media, PR, internal communications, and project management.
• Proficient in creating and managing high-quality written content for social media platforms, bylined articles, and external communications that embody the brand's voice and tone.
• In-depth knowledge of social media best practices, including organic growth strategies, employee advocacy, B2B applications, engagement metrics, and digital content performance.
• Practical experience with social media tools, including familiarity with key automation and scheduling functionalities.
• Strong organizational capabilities, with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Collaborative work approach and comfort in taking on leadership roles within project teams.
• Demonstrated success in executing communications across various channels and media formats.
• Analytical mindset with a strong inclination toward experimentation and measurable results.
• Proficient in various social media platforms.
• Keen attention to detail and the capacity to make quality decisions swiftly.
