Senior Events & Activations Manager – Poland

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take Charge: Spearhead significant brand activations for Polish markets from conception to execution.

• Be the Liaison: Serve as the primary contact point among internal teams, agencies, and partners to ensure projects run smoothly, timely, and effectively.

• Make Strategic Decisions: Oversee budgets, evaluate ROI, and identify smart trade-offs to maximize impact while maintaining quality.

• Enhance Processes: Develop more efficient workflows—refine processes, share insights, and replicate successful strategies to consistently elevate activation standards.

• Foster Collaborations: Build and maintain strong relationships with organizers, vendors, and partners to unlock premier opportunities and enhance our visibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven expertise in events and activations: 3+ years managing brand activations, events, or experiential marketing—preferably in a consumer brand, agency, or fast-growing startup setting.

• Skilled coordinator: Demonstrated history of executing intricate, multi-stakeholder projects with numerous components, tight timelines, and substantial budgets. You remain unfazed.

• Outstanding communicator: Capable of effortlessly adjusting your communication style—whether motivating internal teams, negotiating with suppliers, or presenting to leadership—while keeping everyone aligned and inspired.

• Budget-conscious strategist: Strong ability to balance quality with costs, make data-driven budget choices, and achieve maximum ROI for every activation.

• Exceptional problem solver: When obstacles arise (and they will), you remain composed, think creatively, and devise solutions that keep projects on track without sacrificing quality.
