This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the CloudSuite Industrial Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the ERP Center of Excellence (COE).
• Establish and uphold enterprise standards for operational processes, Factory Track utilization, and warehouse mobility.
• Engage in COE governance meetings, which include solution design evaluations, change management, and planning for SaaS releases.
• Function as the Operations functional lead for ERP migrations of various business units into CloudSuite Industrial SaaS.
• Direct operational discovery and design for future states, focusing on manufacturing processes, inventory management, and shop floor data collection.
• Oversee migration tasks related to items, Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, work centers, resources, inventory balances, locations, and warehouses.
• Assist in testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization, particularly with Factory Track and Warehouse Mobility scenarios.
• Develop reusable migration templates, checklists, and playbooks for subsequent rollouts.
• Ensure that Factory Track configurations are in alignment with CSI production, inventory, and costing models.
• Serve as the functional owner for CSI Warehouse Mobility.
• Facilitate the transition from paper or legacy systems to mobile-driven warehouse execution.
• Collaborate with vendor technical teams and Infor Support for complex issue resolution.
• Create and maintain documentation and knowledge resources for Operations, Factory Track, and Warehouse Mobility.
• Over 8 years of experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial, including CloudSuite Industrial SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience in leading or assisting ERP migrations for manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Experience in an ERP COE or shared services environment.
• Background in the manufacturing industry with experience in supporting multi-site operations.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or events.
• Excellent writing abilities with a clear communication style.
• Eagerness to learn and enhance your marketing skill set.
• Comfort and adaptability in a small, fast-paced team setting.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva or comparable creative tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
