Senior Epic App Analyst, Deficiency Tracking, Identity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Accountable for enhancing the functionality and operational effectiveness of Information Systems through expertise in Epic Applications.

• Ensuring the seamless integration of technology into efficient workflow and process design.

• Delivering ongoing advanced analysis, consultation, intricate problem-solving, collaboration, and application support to users.

• Supporting and optimizing Epic Deficiency Tracking and Epic Identity applications with an emphasis on data integrity, workflow assistance, and system functionality within a complex healthcare environment.

• Collaborating closely with HIM and operational teams to uphold physician documentation compliance, record integrity, and enhancements in Epic build while resolving complex issues, identifying workflow deficiencies, and guaranteeing precise system performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree preferred.

• Proficient in Epic Deficiency Tracking and Epic Identity.

• A minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in large corporate systems development and implementation activities within a diverse range of Healthcare Information Systems (MIS) or equivalent experience in system analysis, design, building, testing, and implementation, or a mix of MIS knowledge and familiarity with hospital operations required.

• Prior experience with Epic or other Health Information Systems is necessary.

• Proven ability to support complex problem-solving.

• Experience in assisting fellow Analysts.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Epic application support, development tools, and methodologies.

• Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude.

• Effective planning and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
