Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Accurately and efficiently address incoming travel requests and inquiries using Sabre GDS.

• Capable of assisting with group bookings, including air travel and accommodations.

• Ability to perform well and maintain composure under pressure while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.

• Proactively anticipate and assist with potential challenges that may arise for clients.

• Understand and provide accurate support for Production concerning crew and talent movements.

• Effectively manage location and large group movements.

• Confidently oversee multiple complex itineraries.

• Eagerly support team members within and across different teams.

• Offer travel options and general advice to travelers.

• Comprehend and apply travel supplier regulations accurately.

• Stay updated on the current state of various supported travel industries.

• Provide customers with essential industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.

• Comply with client and BCD Media & Entertainment policies and procedures to uphold quality control.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes.

• Familiarity with travel industry systems, specifically GDS Sabre and GDS Amadeus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Flexibility to work varying hours.

• Ability to work independently while exercising discretion and judgment.

• Demonstrated professional customer service excellence.
