Senior Enterprise Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish reliable relationships with potential enterprise clients

• Promote the adoption of simulation and AI technologies throughout North America

• Create solution architectures for large enterprise contracts

• Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and conduct technical discovery sessions

• Manage the proof-of-value process through to technical closure

• Organize webinars and workshops customized for specific industry segments

• Coordinate product development efforts with high-value market opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in solution engineering, technical sales, or pre-sales architecture related to enterprise CAE / CAD / PLM / ERP software

• Bachelor's degree or higher, specializing in CFD, FEA, or computational electromagnetics

• Proven experience in drafting SOWs, defining multi-month service engagements, and expanding enterprise accounts beyond $250k ARR

• Experience delivering at least one customer-facing workflow that incorporates ML / AI in a CAE or simulation context

• Demonstrated success in showcasing simulation, PLM, or ERP software to executive-level stakeholders

• Effective and influential communicator

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results, accountability, and a sense of urgency

• Team-oriented and adaptable with a comprehensive perspective
