• Take charge of pricing and packaging for all SaaS products — establishing the services included, optional add-ons, and the characteristics of those services (what EIS delivers, at what performance and service levels).
• Define non-functional requirements (NFRs) for SaaS services — addressing performance standards, operational capabilities, and service levels that create clear expectations for clients and internal teams.
• Identify and outline optional service tiers and the differences between standard and premium SaaS features.
• Determine how EIS can excel in the marketplace: identify and articulate target segments, the reasons behind our success in each, and the key features and attributes that set our SaaS offering apart.
• Lead the design of SaaS services — shaping the comprehensive picture of what EIS provides as a SaaS provider and how those services are experienced by users.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of IT and SaaS operations, including the practices and capabilities necessary for delivering 24/7 services, alongside a clear understanding of market standards.
• Oversee the SaaS roadmap — defining and prioritizing the capabilities and services necessary for planning, deploying, operating, and supporting EIS’s SaaS offerings.
• Define and prioritize investments in new technologies and processes needed to deliver services currently unavailable or not offered as efficiently or effectively as the market requires.
• Present business cases for SaaS investments, clearly linking capability gaps to market opportunities and customer impact.

• Suggest improvements to core EIS products and the platform to enhance TCO for the SaaS offering.
• Work effectively across diverse stakeholders in EIS through influence and collaboration, building consensus without direct authority.
• Lead outbound market and customer research to continuously inform SaaS strategy and roadmap — leveraging competitive landscape analysis and direct insights into customer needs and desires.
• Utilize market intelligence to refine the offering, enhance positioning, and bolster EIS’s capacity to secure new deals.
• Develop the core SaaS positioning framework to assist marketing and sales in crafting collateral and programs.
• Deliver presentations for prospects and customers regarding EIS SaaS, supporting the field as needed — consistent with the approach taken by other senior product leaders at EIS.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement to ensure that positioning, messaging, and value propositions are sharp, distinctive, and validated by the market.
• Extensive experience in a senior product strategy, product management, or product marketing role within a B2B SaaS platform or technology firm.
• Proven capability to define and manage SaaS pricing, packaging, and service design — including NFRs and service level definitions.
• Strong understanding of IT and SaaS operations: what is required to deliver, support, and scale 24/7 services, and what best-in-class looks like in the enterprise SaaS landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to construct compelling business cases, size market opportunities, and prioritize investments based on data and market insights.
• Experience in the insurance technology sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• Up to 20% travel may be necessary.
• A strategic thinker capable of navigating between high-level market positioning and detailed service and roadmap requirements.
• Strong influencer and collaborator — able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders without direct authority.

• Highly analytical with a systematic approach to market research, competitive analysis, and business case development.
