This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take responsibility for the health and performance of API connections with vital hotel supply and connectivity partners, ensuring high uptime, minimal error rates, and dependable inventory flow.
• Oversee diagnostics such as active and inactive hotel counts, error rates, and booking conversion challenges, leading investigations when discrepancies arise.
• Conduct advanced, second-level troubleshooting to determine root causes, then facilitate resolutions between partners and internal engineering teams.
• Develop and implement commercial account strategies that enhance business growth with each partner, optimizing hotel selection, rates, and content quality.
• Create technical roadmaps for connectivity improvements and maintain alignment among stakeholders across both organizations throughout extensive, multi-party projects.
• Approach the next phase of growth with an entrepreneurial mindset, delivering measurable commercial results rather than merely operational tasks.
• Practical hotel connectivity experience, acquired at an OTA, channel manager, connectivity provider, or a hotel chain with a connectivity focus.
• In-depth, hands-on API experience with hotel or travel industry specifications, enabling substantive technical discussions and second-level troubleshooting.
• A genuine combination of technical proficiency and commercial insight, comfortable engaging with partners about both integration and business opportunities.
• Strong project management capabilities, demonstrated by successfully aligning numerous stakeholders across large, year-long projects.
• Strategic roadmap thinking with a clear emphasis on measurable impact.
• An entrepreneurial spirit suited for navigating broad parameters within a dynamic, fast-paced company.
• Previous experience at another OTA, channel manager, or a partner-focused travel and hospitality connectivity enterprise (preferred).
• Background in adjacent marketplace or platform environments reliant on partner APIs, where strong foundational connectivity and commercial skills are transferable (preferred).
• A product management background combined with a commercial focus and API familiarity, especially someone who has driven product adoption and impact rather than just processes (preferred).
• Experience in entrepreneurial, fast-growing, or innovative company cultures (preferred).
