• Provide senior leadership during shifts for SEC ISS enterprise operations.
• Ensure ongoing monitoring and support for production infrastructure and essential applications.
• Oversee operations center personnel within a multi-shift framework.
• Manage incident triage and escalation processes.
• Facilitate prompt operational communications throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Engage in root-cause analysis for complex issues.
• Create reporting tools that enhance reliability and service quality.
• Support the maturity of SOP/runbook practices, shift-handoff protocols, and operational performance enhancements across the Enterprise Operations Center (EOC).
• This role is exclusively available to U.S. citizens. Applicants must not possess dual citizenship with any other country to qualify for employment under this contract.
• Capability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust (or a higher level if necessary).
• Bachelor's degree with over 4 years of experience in enterprise IT operations center support and shift management. Additional years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Among the required experience, a minimum of 4 years of directly related expertise providing comprehensive knowledge and expert support to an enterprise operations center, including managing operations teams in a shift-based environment.
• Proven experience supervising technical operations teams in a multi-shift enterprise operations setting.
• Experience in conducting root-cause analysis, resolving issues, and developing reports for complex operational challenges.
• 24x7x365 monitoring of enterprise operations, alert management, and escalation coordination.
• Management of incidents and problems within production IT environments.
• Proficiency in operational reporting, shift-handoff documentation, and trend analysis.
• Execution of SOP/runbook procedures and governance within an operations center.
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and ticketing systems.
