This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of net revenue retention and ARR for approximately 25–40 Enterprise customers.
• Develop and implement account and value strategies that promote product adoption, measurable results, and growth.
• Manage renewals, upsells, and cross-sells by executing a systematic commercial process from initial signals to closure.
• Conduct structured executive check-ins and QBRs that link Freshpaint usage to business outcomes and future plans.
• Utilize Freshpaint, Looker, and HubSpot to track health, make accurate forecasts, and prioritize engagement efforts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Support, CSE, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Sales) to eliminate obstacles and unlock additional value.
• Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate, fostering strong relationships with champions and executive sponsors.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for onsite meetings, conferences, and Freshpaint events.
• Over 7 years of experience in customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS (Account Management, Customer Success, or similar) with Enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated success in driving adoption, renewals, and expansions, with a tangible impact on net revenue retention.
• Strong consultative abilities: adept at identifying business challenges, defining success metrics, and aligning necessary capabilities with product value.
• Data-driven and operationally proficient, showcasing disciplined account planning, forecasting, and CRM management.
• Technically inquisitive and capable of bridging communication between marketers, product managers, data teams, engineers, and executives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience in conducting business reviews and presenting to C-level executives.
• Thrives in a remote, fast-paced, high-growth setting with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
