Senior Engineer/Scientist – Statistician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer expert methodological and epidemiological guidance on data analysis.

• Act as the main data science resource among individuals provided by the contract.

• Aid in the development of job exposure matrices while considering uncertainty from expert evaluations.

• Determine suitable analytical techniques or statistical programs to meet study objectives.

• Validate, clean, edit, and convert data into the appropriate format for planned analyses.

• Deliver statistical programming to fulfill statistical goals or manipulate data.

• Develop statistical models and graphical representations.

• Prepare statistically robust analyses for manuscripts intended for publication in peer-reviewed journals or CDC publications.

⛳️ Requirements

• PhD or ScD in statistics.

• Experience in occupational safety and health research.

• Proficiency in SAS, R, Python, MS SQL, or Dataverse.

• Competence in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Familiarity with communication platforms (Teams, SharePoint).
