Senior Engineering Manager, Distribution Platform

📋 Description

• Develop and execute an engineering roadmap that facilitates intelligent and scalable outreach to customers through our direct mail, digital, and partnerships platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Performance Marketing Managers, Analytics, and Research Scientists, to ensure this program has a significant impact.

• Direct, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing engineering team focused on delivering quality solutions and incrementally improving systems with each pull request.

• Utilize experimentation and data-driven insights to enhance growth strategies, optimizing user outreach and conversion through ongoing testing, iteration, and personalization.

• Establish a top-tier direct mail and digital infrastructure that can scale effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent) with 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in direct people management.

• Proven experience leading product-oriented teams with measurable user impact.

• Capacity to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
